Welcome to the Northern Lakes College "Virtual Management Toolkit" course presented by Shift Management.

 

Virtual Management Toolkit is a self-paced resource kit that can be used in any order to understand the basics of managing virtual workforces or managing a front line workforce virtually. the toolkit was created to show how to management virtually in a crisis and beyond. The first four themes address managing virtually through crisis, using expert interviews and tip sheets to accompany the interviews:

  • Emotional first aid
  • Cyber security for remote workers
  • Working from home with children
  • Staying productive in confinement

The accompanying resource section consists of four articles and seven video tutorials to assist with non-crisis virtual management basics.
